Orders

  • Search for products
    Just enter a key word in the search field in the top navigation menu and all related products will be displayed automatically.
    Above of the product listing page, you’ll find a bar with search filter options. Here you can define your search according to category, price or other criteria. You can also combine several search filters.
    If you can't find a product that you are looking for, please first double check your search term. If that doesn’t support your search efforts, please contact us
  • Ordering process
    You can view our entire product range without any obligation. You can comfortably browse through our categories or use the Search function.
    Once you have selected an item, select the color, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page. When you confirm your selected items to purchase, you will be asked if you want to place your order with or without a customer account. We suggest to checkout with an account as you will be able to benefit from various extras. At the next steps, you will be asked to provide your personal details, and to select the delivery and payment method.
    The last step provides you with an overview of your order and allows you to check and edit any information of your order. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Please note that this e-mail only confirms the receipt of your order. Once your order has been accepted and dispatched, you will receive a separate confirmation e-mail.

  • Changing or Cancelling an order
    By prompting contacting our Customer Service it is possible to cancel the order if it has not yet been processed, whereas orders cannot be modified.
    For technical reasons, it is not possible to change your order once it has been shipped. We therefore ask you to please check your shopping bag carefully before finalizing your order.
    Unfortunately, after receipt of the Shipping Confirmation, you are not able to cancel your order anymore. In case you need further support, please contact us
  • Orders via e-mail, letter or telephone
    Please be aware that we cannot accept orders made by e-mail, letter, phone or fax, but only online in the Chimeraplanet Online Store

Shipping information

  • Scarves:
    - Our scarves are made in USA and Canada
    - Worldwide delivery

    - Estimated production time for items: regular 7-10 days, wholesale 10-20 days + shipping
    Products enter production after the 12 hour cancellation period. All production and shipping times are in business days and do not include days that we are closed. Please add the expected shipping time to the production time to know approximately when your product will arrive
    - As soon as your products are ready to ship, we ship them out
    - US orders ship with USPS first class mail or priority (depending on package size) with tracking. We import orders ourselves across the border so US shipping addresses do not encounter surprise fees or duties (applies to orders under $800 value)
    Orders over $800 or orders that are requested express are shipped with DHL. These orders may encounter additional import or duty fees when crossing the border which are the responsibility of the customer
    - Canadian Orders ship with Canada Post Expedited with tracking and can be upgraded to UPS or XpressPost if needed.
    - International orders are shipped out 3 times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. *International orders may be subject to additional fees such as duties or taxes. Please check the import rules of the country your order is going to for more information. Please note we cannot artificially reduce the value of orders
    - Expected Delivery Time
    Orders to US customers generally take 2-6 business days once shipped
    Orders for Canadian customers normally take 2-8 business days to arrive
    International orders generally take 10-21 business days, but may be delayed by the customs of your country.
    IMPORTANT:
    Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier or postal service. If your shipment is experiencing difficulties, please try to contact the postal service first. If you need further assistance, contact our customer service and we will try to resolve the issue.
    For lost shipments, we usually are required to open a case with the postal system before we can proceed with a reprint. This can take up to 14 business days.
    We are not liable for any errors made by shipping and courier services. We work with our customers on a case by case basis for shipping related problems.
    Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. We cannot be responsible for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.

    The following shipping times apply:
    "Standard Delivery" Shipping Times:

    Eastern United States: 1 - 3 Business Days
    Western United States: 5 - 7 Business Days
    International: 15-30 Business Days
    "Overnight Delivery" Shipping Times:
    United States: 1 Business Day
    International: N/A (international orders can not be shipped overnight)
  • Chimera-Finland:
    * Estimated production time: 2-12 Business days + shipping, depending on the type of product
    * As soon as your products are ready to ship, we ship them out  on the destination address
    * "In stock" - delivery the next working day after receiving the order

    *Fulfillment and shipping of a Buyer´s order will only occur after full payment is made by the Buyer in respect of such order
    *The Buyer must provide accurate and complete information about the delivery in English. The Seller has the right to cancel any orders containing Buyer shipping information that is invalid or not in English. If an order containing invalid Buyer shipping information, or Buyer shipping information that is not in English, is shipped by the Seller but is unable to be delivered to the Buyer, such order delivery failure will be deemed Buyer´s fault and the Buyer will not be eligible for a refund or order re-shipment.
  • The Seller has the right to cancel any orders where the Buyer fails to provide this information. Moreover, if the Buyer fails to provide such information and the Seller is unable to deliver the Product(s) to Buyer, the delivery failure will be deemed Buyer fault and Buyer will not be eligible for a refund or order re-shipment
    *Products are only delivered to the countries designated by Seller in the Product listings in the "Orders and Shipping" menu. Seller have the right to change delivery details from time to time and without prior notice, however, such change will not apply to any Products that have been ordered by a Buyer that are unfulfilled at the date of such change
    *Holiday or other events may cause delays in delivery of orders. When CHIMERAPLANET becomes aware of any such possible delays, it will, where reasonably possible, inform Buyer via the e-mail at least seven (7) business days before such Event takes place
    *Shipping price: To get an accurate shipping price, we suggest adding your products to your cart and providing your shipping address
    *We reserve the right to cancel an order on the basis of clear errors in pricing. In the event that a product does not have pricing information, the price has been set to EUR 0.00 or the price clearly deviates from its correct price (e.g. EUR 150.00 price has been set to EUR 15.00), the customer should have understood that the pricing information contains an error.
    *Customers ordering products, in addition to the postage fees, responsible for any customs or other government fees applicable to their order
    *CHIMERAPLANET is not responsible for any damages or delays which are due to force majeure or similar reasons beyond its control which it could not have reasonably predicted or the consequences of which could not be avoided. Force majeure and similar reasons consists of, but is not limited to the following: import and exports bans, industrial actions, sick leave of personnel, authority decisions, equipment or personnel related problems of cooperation ateliers, delays in fabric deliveries, disruptions in transportation, war, natural disasters, or any other similar reason. In the event the force majeure or similar reason continues for more than three months, both the consumer and CHIMERAPLANET have the right to cancel the order/agreement without any damage or other consequences.
