Problem with Your Order? We’re Here to Help!

We take great care to ensure every print arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order was damaged during shipping or has any production issue, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

What We Need from You

To help us process your request quickly, please email us with:

- Your order number
- Date the order was received
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos showing:
*The entire product
*The specific problem (e.g. damage, misprint, wrong size)
*The original packaging, especially if it’s damaged

Important Notes

- Claims must be submitted within 10 days of delivery
- No returns are required — just send us clear photos
- We will forward your case to our print partner WhiteWall (Germany) for evaluation
- Once confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation
- Claims submitted after 10 days may be declined

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your message and photos, we will:

- Review the issue and forward it to our print partner WhiteWall for evaluation
- Get back to you within 3–5 business days with an update
- If the issue is confirmed, we will:
Ether by sending you a free replacement, or offering a refund, depending on what works best for you.
